SUMMARY:Easter Cit-In 2018 - Dalby\, QLD
DESCRIPTION:Citin 2018 is to be held  in Queensland at Dalby.     \n30th March - 2nd April.\n2018 is the 50th anniversary of annual Cit-In held in a different state every year. This year the event is being hosted by your club over the Easter week-end and the venue chosen is the country town of Dalby.\n\nIn the near future the official Cit-In website will be launched and I will pass this on to members. The reason I am highlighting the event so soon is twofold.\n\nFirstly accommodation in Dalby over Easter will book out early and secondly to ensure your club hosts a successful event we need as much financial assistance as possible. If you have any ideas on sponsorship or the like please contact Ken Wilson or Allen Maze or any of the club committee. There are numerous items we need sponsorship for so ANY help will be greatly appreciated.\n\nHere is a list of accommodation for those wanting to ensure their rooms early\n\nAccommodation for the 2018 Cit-In at Dalby Queensland over Easter.\n\n(Book in Friday 30th March to depart Monday the 2nd April.)\n\nThe Dalby Parkview Motel (07 4662 3222)\nIs within walking distance of the Showgrounds and is an economy motel. They are offering a $25 per night discount.  For three nights $270 for those attending the Cit In.\n\nThe Dalby Manor Motor Inn (07 4662 3222)\nIs the closest to the Show grounds but has only 8 rooms left at $140.00 per night.\n\nDalby Mid Town Motor Inn\nOffer a $10 per night discount to members for a 3 night booking. Advertised price $140.00. So that is $130.00.(Please visit our website www.dalbymidtown.com.au to view our 4 star property which is located off the main Warrego Highway.)\n\nCountry Pathfinder Motor Inn\, (07 4662 4433)\nOffer the following. SUMMARY:Stokes Collection
DESCRIPTION:Many antique experts regard the Stokes Collection as one of the greatest private collections of porcelain\, furniture and art in Australia\, and equal to many that can be seen overseas. It is not open to the public and therefore requires payment in advance\, hence the early RSVP date. Please see the Registration Form below. The guided tour is of a 2-hour duration and after a BYO picnic lunch in the Gardens we are free to wander the Forest Glade Gardens. If the weather is inclement we will seek out another venue.
