 esserts and your own wine (or whatever you wish to drink); tea and coffee 
 will be available. 8.00 pm to 8.30 pm (approximately) - Conduct of the Clu
 b\'s Annual General Meeting for 2025. Note particularly that to avoid the 
 AGM being a long, and boring, affair, with the exception of summaries of t
 he state of the Club from the outgoing President and Treasurer, committee 
 members\' reports and the minutes of the 2024 AGM will not be read out. Th
 ese items are appended to the \"Notice of AGM 2025\" which is attached to 
 this webpage (in the right hand side bar) and which document has also been
  e-mailed to all members. Committee members\' reports were also contained 
 in the recently circulated September edition of the Club magazine \"démar
 reur\". Members are urged to have read the committee member reports and th
 e 2024 AGM minutes so that they can vote on their acceptance (and also rai
 se any issue arising from them if they wish to).  8.30 pm (approximately)
  to 10.30 pm - Socialising. Important notes Proxy forms - In accordance wi
 th the Club\'s Articles of Association (which are as required by relevant 
 corporation law) there must be a quorum for the AGM to proceed, a quorum b
 eing not less than 10% of the Club\'s membership. To help ensure that ther
 e is a quorum, any member who is not going to be able to attend the AGM is
  urged to give their right to vote at the AGM by way of a nominated proxy.

 d by clicking here. RSVP - For catering purposes members must RSVP to atte
 nd. Members are asked to be please be fair to all by RSVP\'ing so that num
 bers are known for catering and sufficiently provided for. The button to l

 ged by not later than Monday the 13th of October Wednesday the 15th of Oct
 ober.
