Our monthly meeting for August is a social evening in our clubrooms with a presentation by Dave Rogers on last October's Raid (not the official Raid) Kati Thanda.

Dave writes:

Is the current streak of wintry weather getting to you? Do you fancy a metaphorical trip into the sunshine? If so, come to the August club meeting and hear the story about little cars, a 4WD, a motorbike and a few fool hardy souls who went searching for a great inland waterway and some warmth. With words and pictures I will take you on a journey around Lake Eyre and the story of Raid Kati Thanda. 

Tea, coffee and a light supper will be provided.
