This is a preliminary advice for this event for members to note the dates in their diaries. It will be open to both CCCV and Citroën Classic Owners' Club of Australia members. Full details, including the requirement to lodge an RSVP to attend and the form to do so, will be posted at the beginning of July.

When: Friday the 19th through Sunday the 21st of September

Where: Central Victoria

Accommodation: preferred accommodation will be a caravan park, or motel, in Bendigo, to be selected and confirmed.

Itinerary outline:

Day 1 (Friday) morning (early start) meet at Melton (specific location to be confirmed) – drive to Creswick (morning tea) – drive to Avoca (silo art viewing) – drive to Maryborough (lunch and historic building viewing) - drive to Bendigo and check into accommodation – dinner (pub? to be arranged).

Day 2 (Saturday) morning (late start) depart Bendigo – drive to Colbinabbin (silo art viewing, lunch at Colbinabbin Country Hotel and wine tasting at Whispering Eagle Winery) – return to Bendigo accommodation – sightseeing tour of Bendigo on the Talking Tram - communal dinner at accommodation place.

Day 3 (Sunday) morning check out from Bendigo accommodation – drive to Castlemaine to catch Victorian Goldfields Railway steam train – 10.45 am train departure for Maldon – 11.30 am arrive Maldon – 12.45 pm depart Maldon – 1.30 pm arrive Castlemaine (depending on numbers a group discount on fares will apply and a possibility for a private carriage and catering) – tour ends on return to Castlemaine.

Participants will be free to join and leave the tour at any point and all events will be optional, but registration to attend will be required.
