Cit-In 2021 CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
It is the organisers’ intention that wherever possible a full refund of the registration fees will be provided up to 21st February 2021.
However, after 21st February 2021, should the event be cancelled at the last moment by Government intervention or, if you decide to cancel your registration for personal reasons, then the refund cancellation fee will be $25.00 per person.
Please be further assured that every request outside of these guidelines will be considered on its merits and will be at the discretion of the organisers.
HERE’S AN IMPORTANT UPDATE
The time is drawing near when we can all gather again at Cit-In. Registrations for
the Bendigo event have now closed, and we have 153 acceptances which is a good
and manageable number with COVID restrictions. CCOCA/CCCV and the Cit-In
organizing committee look forward to seeing you there. This email has some
important information that is important for you – it gathers it into one place so it
would be useful to carry it with you:

Other activities
We attach a flier with other activities you might like to consider in Bendigo. Because of COVID
restrictions the Bendigo Council requires booking through their tourism website. Please visit it to look at
the broader range of options https://www.bendigo.vic.gov.au/Things-To-Do. The internet address from

Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
If you could bring some folding chairs, and if you wish a small folding table, for lunch on Saturday and
Sunday that would be great. (a thermos and mugs would not hurt if you want coffee or tea). There are
some facilities but not enough to seat our large group.
Car Boot Sale
We will be holding a car boot sale on Sunday afternoon – an opportunity to move on car parts and other
Citroen bits that are excess to your needs – but may be of great value to others. Please feel free to bring
any amounts of these you think you can fit in your car.
COVID
Most of the events will use a QR code to enable attendances – please make sure you are familiar with
how to use these with your phone – or let organisers know when you register so we can do it for you.
We have made sure the capacity of all venues is COVID safe under the Victorian rules. You will need to
bring a mask to wear when you are indoors (however not when you are dining however)
Although not an official event, we have organized a Christian service for those that would like to attend
before the observation run on Sunday.
For those who have not provided your full application form, please do so urgently as the information we
needed to provide to council is incomplete. Also is you intend to join the post CitIn run please advise as
it will make administration of this great journey far easier.
Rest assured we have been able to organize an entertaining get together which we are sure everyone
will enjoy.
