The Club monthly meeting for October will also be the Club’s Annual General Meeting at which Club financial and other annual reports will be tendered for discussion and acceptance and all office bearer and committee positions will be declared vacant for re-filling.  It is vitally important that as many members as possible attend, as for the AGM to proceed to conclusion we must, by law, have a quorum.

This will be a catered event, a barbecue, with dinner commencing at 6.00 pm followed by the AGM at 8.00 pm.

For catering purposes an RSVP to attend is required by not later than Tuesday the 17th October.  Please send your RSVP, noting the number of people that you are RSVP’ing for, to Peter Moloney by text to 0411 869 705, or by e-mail to peterm@crosstrees.com.au.

Please particularly note the proxy form that is page 3 of the AGM documents.  You are strongly urged to complete and lodge a proxy if you are not going to be able to attend the AGM in person.  This will both ensure that you will have input into the running of your Club and also help to ensure that we have a quorum to allow the AGM to proceed.
