Also please note the following request from the event organisers.  When you register via the website link (i.e. the link above) for the event you will receive an email verifying your registration.  For past events the organisers have found that some very enthusiastic members have registered each time a reminder is sent out. This creates confusion about the number of attendees.  So the organisers request is please take note of the verification the first time that you register so that you do not register again.
