The Club general meeting for March will be a social get together over dinner at the Vale Hotel, Mulgrave.  A private area in the Bistro has been reserved.  Food and beverages will be from the full Bistro menu at members’ expense. The Club’s general monthly meeting for May will be a pub night at the Elsternwick Hotel, Elwood, commencing a 7.30 pm. The Club monthly meeting for October will also be the Club’s Annual General Meeting at which Club financial and other annual reports will be tendered for discussion and acceptance and all office bearer and committee positions will be declared vacant for re-filling.  It is vitally important that as many members as possible attend, as for the AGM to proceed to conclusion we must, by law, have a quorum.
